Binda Mangat is the founder of Quorum Technologies Inc. and MedX Connect Inc. Binda is also co-founder of Pandora Networks (now Panterra Networks) and the VoIP communications platform WorldSmart. Earlier in his career he co-founded Purple Talk Inc. a global software development company. He has over 35 years of international systems and management experience in the UK, Canada, and the USA. During his 11-year tenure as Director of IT for a large Sacramento based healthcare corporation, Binda led with the vision of the development of a pioneering private fiber optic network that linked multiple hospitals with more than 130 physician offices resulting in significant reduction in both communications and hardware costs.
