Ledcor is a large multi-disciplinary construction company with over 4,000 employees in North America. The company was in need of a centralized call center in Canada that could connect to their office in Seattle, WA. Quorum Technologies implemented our Communication and Collaboration Solution allowing Ledcor to manage all sites and agents from a central site in Seattle, which included all of their Canadian Offices. Some custom features such as the "Hoteling" feature, allow multiple Call Center Agents to log into the same device. This solution also allowed Ledcor to have a view of all usage and billing reports in real time, thereby reducing operating costs and allowing for disaster recovery and redundancy.

Quorum Technologies supported Sacramento Covered at the 15th Annual Healthy Kids Day, held on October 3, 2015 at Sleep Train Arena in Sacramento, CA. Quorum was honored to sponsor this year's event by providing the Healthy Hydration Station. Quorum donated 2,000 reusable water bottles for the attendees. This free community event featured onsite medical, vision, and dental services for children. Quorum is dedicated to supporting Sacramento Covered's Mission to provide health coverage, navigation, and access to the Sacramento Region.

The Powerhouse Science Center is going to be a great addition to the City of Sacramento. The Powerhouse Science Center will be a replacement of the preexisting Discovery Science Museum. Once the project is completed, it will be comparable with the California Academy of Sciences in San Francisco and the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry in Portland. Housing all new exhibits of science, math, technology, engineering, space, and the environment. Bringing focus to next-generation industries like health sciences, agriculture, biotechnology, and information technology. Quorum Technologies became a Sponsor and the IT Service Provider for the project. Quorum has begun taking steps in getting the current IT System updated and readiness for future site. Drastic improvements have been experienced because of recent implementations done by Quorum.
